You are invited to attend our AGM at 10:00am on Friday 16th December 2022, at the Holywell DiverseCity Partnership Building, Bishop Street where we will outline our achievements of the past year and set out our priorities for the year ahead.
Following the AGM we will have the pleasure of hearing from Marie Dunne, Hope Ambassador and facilitator of the Hopeful Minds Programme.

We believe co-operation is at the heart of strong communities and this makes us a different kind of funder.
This bold, new first round of the Future Communities Fund will offer unrestricted and flexible grants of up to £30,000 a year for five years to organisations helping diverse young people develop the skills to become future leaders and activists.
We have a total of £1.5m to award from this round of funding. ‘Unrestricted funding’ means your organisation can decide how to spend our grant to further your mission or charity objects.
You don’t have to be a registered charity to apply for this funding, but we’ll need to make sure that your activities are charitable in nature and in keeping with our Future Communities Vision.
Our working definition of ‘diverse’ is people who have experience of being marginalised in society due to their race, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, socioeconomic status or any other attribute that impacts their inclusion.
Please watch our fund launch webinar before applying. This will give you the best chance of success. You can also read our Guidance notes and FAQ document. Email us if you have additional questions.
You are eligible to apply if you are a registered local voluntary, community or independent service seeking to provide additional services, focussed on the early education and learning of children in your community – or are a facilitator of these services. Pathway funding helps children reach their full educational potential through provision of quality, sustainable services.
The outcomes of the Pathway Fund are:
Improved development of children who are at risk of not reaching their full educational potential ; and
An enhanced, more sustainable Early Years sector.
The Pathway Fund is open to all registered providers or facilitators of early years (0-4) education and learning provision
Applications are now open for groups who wish to run a Camp under the T:BUC Camps Programme 2023/24
Completed applications must be returned to the Education Authority no later than 4pm on Tuesday 31st January 2023.
The T:BUC Camps Programme is a headline action described in the Together: Building a United Community (T:BUC) strategy which was announced by the Northern Ireland Executive in 2013. The relevant strategic aim relating to young people is:
“To continue to improve attitudes amongst our young people and to build a community where they can play a full and active role in building good relations.”
The Programme is about building positive relations and long lasting friendships among young people across all parts of the Northern Ireland community. Camps must therefore bring diverse groups together to get to know each other, try new experiences and help build longer term relationships between young people.
Good Relations learning must be at the heart of every Camp.
5Reconciliation Fund Outreach Workshops – January 2023
As part of The Reconciliation Fund’s wider outreach programme, and as announced at the Reconciliation Fund Networking Forum in October 2022, The Department of Foreign Affairs is planning a series of outreach workshops across Northern Ireland/the border region in January 2023 in advance of the opening of the 2023 Funding Round.
These workshops will go through the Reconciliation Fund application process step-by-step and offer advice on how best to tailor your application to align with the Fund’s Strategy. There will be a presentation, a Q&A session and smaller break-out sessions with staff members from the Reconciliation Fund who will advise on the various sections of the application form.
In order to gauge attendance numbers and the demand for such sessions, we would be grateful if you could fill out the survey
